This table runs on b’chavruta: study together, argue in good faith, and let the text settle it. A handful of rules keep that possible.
- Argue the claim, not the person. Attack the argument, never the man.
- Cite what you can. A claim without a source is an opinion; the forum asks for both.
- One voice at a time. Every member may comment a little; posting the full conversation is a Scribe seat.
- No harassment, no doxxing, no impersonation. A moderator may hide or remove a post that crosses this line, always with a public reason.
- Reading is never gated. These rules govern what you may post, never what you may read.
Accepting these is required before your first post, and again whenever they change.
