Colossians 3:16 sent me looking for the psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs of Scripture, from the Song of Moses to the song of the Lamb. Who we worship matters, and so do where, when, why, and how.

The robe does not confer the text. It usually just ends the argument early. A Berean reading of why the credentialed teacher and the man too afraid to speak are the same failure, and why the beit midrash is the cure for both.

The name is changing, the work is not. The Scholar's Table is becoming The Berean Table, and everything you came for moves with it.

He put the new covenant in His own blood into the hands of His friends, and we turned it into a sacrament. A sealed covenant cannot be re-sealed, and the covenant that retires the mediator was quietly rebuilt into a priesthood. Why I refrain, and what is still left at the table.

Pentecost is not the Church's birthday. It is the appointment HaShem set on His calendar before Israel had a calendar. Shavuot was already there. The Ruach was already moving. You are grafted in, not displaced.
